Cowboy Painting

 I did a little painting again - I saw this picture in my paint class and had to give it a try.  After one class, I have two of the wooden beams done.  Very enjoyable.  If you look closely, you can just about make out the cowboy sitting on the fence.  :)

It’s Monday! What are you reading this week? is hosted at One Person’s Journey Through a World Of Books. It’s a weekly event to celebrate what we are reading for the week as well as books completed the previous week.

I spent the weekend reading the three books (three friends' stories) from the Magnus Pack series by Shelly Laurenston (see post below).  They were such cute love stories with funny, funny dialog  - loved the girls and their guys - wow!  I am still looking around for something to read next.

What a fun weekend read this was - three books in three days.  Loved this series - so, so funny.  I am definately going to find some of her other books.

What are you reading on Monday meme #2

This is the book I am reading at the moment.  I have read a lot of reviews and everyone seem to agree that it is a great book but I am finding it very hard to get into.  I have read the first chapter last week and have not been able to pick it up again.

What a cute little story that I was able to finish in a few hours. I just love a story where there is no third romantic character to butt into the relationship. Okay, there was one but she had about a paragraph in the book :)
